Details
Daisy is currently undertaking a common law pupillage here at Unity Street Chambers, with a developing practice in family and civil law. She brings substantial advocacy experience to her role, having regularly appeared before courts across the South West prior to commencing pupillage.
Daisy completed the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law, graduating with a High Distinction in 2025. She previously achieved a Distinction in her MA Law (Conversion) in 2023, receiving the highest mark in her faculty for her dissertation. Daisy holds an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Bristol.
Alongside her studies, Daisy gained extensive practical legal experience. She worked as a paralegal at a regional solicitors’ firm, representing clients in a range of matters including injunction applications, private children proceedings, transfer of tenancy cases and divorce. She also appeared frequently in court as an agent advocate on behalf of firms nationwide.
Before pupillage, Daisy volunteered with the Free Representation Unit and Student Action for Refugees. Since 2020, she has also tutored children with English as an additional language.
