Caleb represents clients in cases allocated to both Small Claims and Fast Track in matters of personal injury and committal. Caleb provides written advice to clients in personal injury matters in respect of both prospects of success and quantum.
Caleb regularly acts for both prosecution and defence in both the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court (CPS Grade 1 Prosecutor). He has experience in supporting vulnerable witnesses and clients and has been praised for his careful and considered approach to preparation and his ability to think on his feet whilst under pressure.
