In children cases, deals with private and public law cases, appearing for parents, guardians, local authorities and, on occasions, children in their own right. Approaches such work in a manner influenced by collaborative law principles.
Also deals with general common law, including boundaries and easements, professional negligence, some personal injury and general contract including sale of goods and supply of goods and services.
Practises mainly on the Western Circuit, but will travel to any Court.
