"Ms Pality has worked exceptionally hard on my case and as she has got to know my circumstances I feel she has injected a more personal passion into advocating for me. There aren’t enough words in my vocabulary to explain how impressed and how grateful I am to Ms Pality.
Her attention to detail, her analysis and recall of information is outstanding. Ms Pality has navigated us through a very difficult year with utter professionalism and calm. She has just supported me through a very difficult fact-find which she prepared for and was delayed on several occasions, with an exceptionally challenging litigant in person. We are constantly dealing with obstacles from the other Party, however, Ms Pality has shown grace, respect and outstanding professionalism throughout gruelling and provoking court sessions.
Ms Pality is aware of my anxiety and always allows me time to express myself. She is always kind and understanding.
I think many barristers, Judges etc may have felt overwhelmed by the overwhelming tactics the litigant in person uses, Ms Pality has seen through it and even helped me understand it better. She writes in a way that makes it clear to understand how deflection and an array of counter accusations have been used to create fog during proceedings.
I think Ms Pality is aware of how much her support has meant to me. I am extremely lucky to have her represent me"
